Our primary is just three weeks away, and Henry Cuellar is still refusing to debate me.

When Henry Cuellar's campaign was asked about having a debate, they said they wouldn’t even consider it because I was “not a serious candidate.”

But then, we outraised him last quarter. With an average contribution of just $34 and no corporate PAC money, we raised more than a 15-year incumbent. Now, he’s spending down his war chest because he’s worried.

It’s time for him to face his constituents and take this people-powered movement seriously.

The people of South Texas deserve to hear from both candidates about where we stand on the issues. I’m asking you to join our call for a debate before the primary:

Add your name to tell Henry Cuellar to participate in a debate. The people of TX-28 deserve to hear from us directly about our views and our positions, and Henry Cuellar needs to answer for his record of voting against our community’s interests.

Thank you for sticking with us and making your voice heard. This grassroots team has accomplished so much in such a short amount of time, and everyone knows it. Now it’s time for Henry Cuellar to admit it and debate me.
