Dear John,

This Memorial Day, we pay tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice and gave their lives in service to our country.

As we remember and honor all who have fallen and their family members and loved ones, we know that their debt can never be repaid.

I am proud to be able to support our service members and veterans as a member of the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs, and recommit today to honoring our veterans and fighting to secure the healthcare coverage and benefits they have earned.

I hope you are able to take the time today to recognize the bravery of our fallen heroes. And if you or a loved one serve or have served, I wholeheartedly thank you for your service and sacrifice for our nation.
