Today, we honor the men and women who have died while serving our U.S. military.

As Representative of the district known as the submarine capital of the world with the largest number of veterans in the state, I know this day serves as a somber reminder to many families and communities across eastern Connecticut.

On this Memorial Day, I am gathering with loved ones to honor and thank all who made the greatest sacrifice, those who currently serve, our veterans, and their families.
