Dear Fellow Conservative,
On Memorial Day, we remember and honor the legacies of our fallen heroes -- not for the sake of a “long weekend,” but in remembrance of those who gave their last full measure of devotion so that we can live free.
FDR once famously said "those who have long enjoyed such privileges as we enjoy… forget in time that men have died to win them."
Strong words, but a humble reminder of the debt that we owe the men and women who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
So today, we should all take some time to remember and honor those that have fallen to give us these precious freedoms that we enjoy in America.
God bless them, and God bless a free American people.
May we never forget their sacrifice. May we forever honor their legacy.
