We’ll start with the good news, John.

With your grassroots support last quarter, we out-raised both of the leading GOP candidates in our race combined. That’s huge considering they’re in a high stakes primary fight to see which Republican will get into the top two for the general election.

But there is some bad news that we need to consider. One of the Republicans we’re up against, Jay Obernolte, is an extremely wealthy self-funder who can potentially dump millions into his campaign. Even though we have more individual donors with us, he just injected $350,000 of his own money into his coffers.
