This Memorial Day, I hope you’ll join me in taking time to remember the brave servicemembers who lost their lives while fighting for our country, as well as their families. We will never forget their commitment to our freedoms and our nation, and we are forever indebted to them for their sacrifices and bravery.
Together, we can all honor the sacrifices of our servicemembers who died while serving our country by recommitting ourselves to our nation’s founding ideals of freedom, justice, and equality for all. Remember to give thanks for our freedom, for which so many have sacrificed so much.
On this day of remembrance, my thoughts are with all the families across our nation who are missing a loved one at their table tonight.
