As you know, we needed a surge in revenue during the last days of July in order to avoid a widening Third Quarter deficit. We didn't get one.

This is very unfortunate, as we are approximately $7,200 short of where we need to be at the start of August.

Give to our Roster fight

July is typically a slow month for CGF (and indeed - most non-profits as well), however, we are now at a distinct disadvantage because we need to raise as much money as possible to fund our Roster challenge.

Thus, the concern is... if SCOTUS takes up our case, we may be insufficiently funded to litigate this case during its final phase.

And after nearly a decade of fighting to overturn California's de facto handgun ban, this would be crushing.

That's why we need to ask you to give what you can to our Legal Fund - right now - so we can recover from this financial setback and be properly positioned to defeat the Roster.
