John, we're getting a little worried. 

We MUST raise at least $100,000 before midnight on May 31 to ensure that Barbara Lee has the money she needs to compete in what pundits are calling the most expensive Senate primary in history, but we're still just 23% of the way to our goal.

John, the pressure is on for us to help Barbara Lee hit her end-of-month goal for May. Because, not only do Black women candidates on average raise just one-third as much as their white counterparts, Barbara Lee also entered this race at a serious fundraising deficit.

But with your support, we can help Representative Lee become just the third Black woman ever to serve in the Senate – where there are currently no other Black women. 

But that all depends on whether we can hit our end-of-month goal right now. So please: Will you rush any amount that you can spare – $50, $25 or even just $5 – to Rep. Lee's campaign to build a progressive future for all?
