Biden and McCarthy have reportedly agreed on a budget.

If it passes, the government will not default, the debt ceiling will be
lifted for two years, but working families will be hurt with cuts and a
new norm will be set that the debt ceiling will be a tool for Republican
extortion and hostage-taking.
