I’m spending my Sunday afternoon doing some math — and I wanted to update Josh’s best supporters.

You see, we’re getting close to the end of the month, which means I’m watching our fundraising like a hawk to see if we’re on the right track. But it’s not just the topline dollar amounts I’m looking at.

So far, this campaign has received donations from all 100 counties in North Carolina!

Our supporters are teachers, nurses, doctors, plumbers, general contractors, engineers, and more.

In total — we’ve received 31,224 contributions from 14,193 individual donors!

But here’s the part I’m worried about. We’re still 398 donations short of our goal for May — and we’re running out of time to close the gap. Will you chip in $25 right now to help Josh hit our target?

Josh is in one of the most competitive races in the entire country this election cycle. Not to mention, the stakes of the race are pretty damn high. Access to abortion, voting rights, the safety of our communities from gun violence, and common decency are all on the ballot.

I’ve been doing this for a long time. I’ve worked for candidates all over the country, and I know what it takes to win. Hitting our fundraising targets now — and hitting them the right way (from folks like you) is how we will defeat extremism in North Carolina.
