Thank you all so much. Raising money is new to a
lot of us with Pennsylvania Forward Party. I for one am much more
comfortable talking to strangers about politics or asking them to
support an idea than I am asking them for money. But we have ambitious
goals that are going to require a lot of work from a lot of people,
and also a fair amount of money. I'm so glad that so many of you
recognized that our first fundraising campaign was something you
wanted to support. All of your generous donations helped us hold a
very successful Gettysburg summit and have enough to fund our plans
this summer.
As one of the twelve battleground states, the Forward party is
giving us more resources and also expectations to show that those
resources are being put to good use. With our bylaws being accepted
and our elected leadership being installed, you will see an increase
in Organizational opportunities. You may receive emails from regional
or county leaders asking you to attend calls or events. This is all in
service of our goal to have county level leadership in the near
future. If you'd like to get involved
locally, please reply to this email and you will be put in touch with
a leader near you.
Today, I'd like to thank all have you that have supported our first
fundraising campaign. If you meant to donate but just didn't for some
reason, you're not to late to contribute and be considered a Founding
Donor. It will be open until May 31st and we'd love your support.
