John, while Congress is in the midst of crucial arguments regarding the debt ceiling, guess what Republicans spent time doing on Tuesday? They held a fundraising auction for Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s used chapstick.

And the winner? Georgia’s own Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who bid a whopping $100,000 dollars on the cherry lip balm.

John, you really can’t make this up. While the rest of us are working overtime to keep our country afloat, Republicans are doing…whatever this is.
