The Biden Administration just unleashed an assault on your kids in school. Biden released an updated guidance memo on prayer and religious expression in public schools, erasing key religious liberty protections for kids in school – including prayer.

It's yet another effort to undermine our fundamental freedoms. Instead of instructing schools on the very clear legal protection students and teachers have under the First Amendment, Biden is intentionally muddying the waters. It will undoubtedly lead to further misinterpretation and infringements on students' religious liberties.

Banning kids from bringing their Bible to school is a violation of the Constitution. We sent a legal demand letter to the school, and the school immediately backed down – and even apologized for the incident. But make no mistake: What Biden just did will make winning victories like this even harder moving forward.
