U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland described the decision perfectly as, “a win for Americans who rely on competition between airlines to travel affordably.”

Dem AGs form the bedrock of the public defense against corporate overreach and bad business practices that hurt consumers. They do everything in their power to make sure that the hard-earned dollars of American workers are valued properly.
