Look, I won’t tell you that “the sky is falling!” and that a donation is the only thing that can save us.

But I also won’t lie and tell you that everything at Casten HQ is going off without a hitch. We just crunched the numbers, and we’re raising less than half as much as we were at this time in 2021, the last election off-year.

I get it. Back in 2021, the orange-hued tyrant’s attempt to overthrow American democracy was more than enough to keep folks committed to the fight against MAGA extremism.

Things might seem less chaotic than they were two years ago, but the truth is, the far right hasn’t taken a single day off from enacting their dangerous agenda. The sudden tsunami of anti-LGBT attacks, abortion bans, and coordinated right-wing threats to our democracy proves it.

But we need a resurgence of grassroots energy, because far-right extremists are already gearing up for the next fight.

If we let the GOP build up their fundraising advantage right now, we’re in for a real “sky-is-falling” level disaster down the line. So please, can I count on you to chip in what you can to my campaign and help us put this fundraising fiasco behind us?
