It's hard to believe June is nearly here! Throughout the first 5 months of our campaign, we’ve worked hard to build a strong grassroots team and spread Dave’s message of bringing our diverse communities’ voices to Congress.
Dave has earned the support of advocacy groups like the California Federation of Teachers, ASPIRE PAC, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), over 50 local leaders, over 60 California statewide officials, Incumbent Rep. Katie Porter along with 6 other Members of Congress, and many more.
While we’ve been growing our network of support, the GOP has paid close attention. They’ve identified CA-47 as a top target to flip this cycle, and just last week House Speaker Kevin McCarthy threw his weight behind Republican candidate Scott Baugh.
We have a long road ahead of us, and it’s certain that the GOP is going to spend big to defeat Dave and flip this seat red .
But we won’t let them. Building early support is critical to winning this race – can you pitch in right away to help Dave go the distance? [[link removed]]If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will process immediately.

We’ve worked tirelessly to build a strong campaign, but we can’t take anything for granted now.
This seat was a top target for national GOP spending last cycle, with Rep. Porter winning re-election by a razor-thin margin – and it’s clear Dave will be facing just as tough of a fight this time around.
We can bet all eyes will be on us to see if we have what it takes to win. Please, if you can, make a grassroots donation of any amount. [[link removed]]KEEP CA-47 BLUE [[link removed]]
