Hi team, Earlier this week we passed a devastating milestone: It’s been a year since the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde that claimed the lives of 19 children and two adults. Our hearts are particularly heavy because 365 days later, we have lost hundreds of more Americans to mass shootings. According to The Washington Post, in the year since the Uvalde shooting there have been 25 incidents of gun violence on school campuses, with more school children losing their lives. Andrea is committed to ending the cycle of violence, and that starts with fighting for commonsense gun safety laws. But our team wants to hear from you: Do you believe Congress should be doing more to address mass shootings and gun violence in our country?
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Team Salinas |
