John,
Hi! I’m Corinne, the director of human resources at the Innocence Project. Part of my work here is to oversee the recruitment and hiring to bring dynamic new people into our amazing team that fights to free the innocent, create more equitable systems of justice, and restore lives. I also work with the team to help create a culture where everyone is seen, respected, appreciated, and celebrated. I strive to make sure that our values as an organization are centered in all that we do.
I’ve worked at the Innocence Project for 17 years now, and it’s been an incredible experience to help grow this team from a very small number of original staff into the thriving and diverse workforce of more than 100 people that we are today! When you work here, you’re a part of a passionate team that cares about the humanity and dignity of all individuals.
I can honestly say that working here for nearly two decades has been a life-changing experience. Right now, we’re looking to fill several roles. Want to come and help free the innocent, transform unjust systems, and advance the movement for change? Check out our open positions now.
Don't see a role for you, but think a friend or family member would be a good fit? Feel free to send it to them! We’re always looking for enthusiastic and talented people who are passionate about our mission to come and be part of this work.
I hear from colleagues all the time that the number one reason they love working here is the opportunity to work alongside such extraordinarily brilliant people who are dedicated to the Innocence Project’s mission of freeing the innocent, advancing racial justice, and transforming the criminal legal system.
So, if you’re looking to work with some of the brightest and most compassionate people out there, take a look at our openings, and come join the team.
Thanks,
Corinne Padavano
