I just got out of an urgent meeting with Josh where we discussed the attacks we’re facing over Memorial Day weekend and our end-of-month fundraising goal.

The big takeaway is that we’re still $10,000 behind where we need to be right now so I’m going to leave a link here if you can donate before you log off for the weekend.

But let me break down why we need your support:

1. Josh is dealing with the earliest Republican attack ad blitz against him ever. The National Republican Congressional Committee launched a five figure attack ad buy against Josh a few weeks ago and we are very concerned it’s starting to resonate with voters. Here is just a glimpse of what voters are seeing:

   

2. We decided to respond with our own digital ads and we just launched a set of Google search ads. These ads are effective because when people in the district google Josh, they will now get correct information on his record. We are also saving to make our first grassroots hires of the cycle.


3. But now, we’re falling short of our raise goal for May. We won’t be able to execute our plan of action unless we can raise another $10,000 before the end of the month.

Because of all of this, Josh urged me to reach out before you log off for the long weekend and ask: Can you please rush in a donation to help us make up ground on this goal?
