*May 26, 2023 [ [link removed] ] ? Docket No. 30010-214-GP-23 (Record No. 17230) - *The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Questar Gas Company, d/b/a Dominion Energy Wyoming (Dominion Energy or the Company) to pass on a wholesale commodity cost increase of $0.82013 per dekatherm (Dth), effective for usage on and after March 1, 2023. The Company?s proposal results in a monthly increase of $6.15 or 6.89% before taxes, for a typical residential customer using a monthly average of 7.5 Dth. The proposed change is due to a small decrease in the forecasted wholesale commodity price of natural gas and a larger increase in the Commodity Balancing Account amortization rate. Increased natural gas fueled electricity generation demand and lower storage levels in the Pacific states caused higher than projected natural gas demand and prices during December 2022, leading to an increased under-collection in the CBA
