As Chris’s Finance Director, it’s my job to ensure our campaign is running strong, and that means keeping a close eye on our finances. I’ve been going over our May books, and right now we are operating with a $7,750 budget gap.
We only have 5 days to close the gap, so we’re going to need everyone’s help to get there. Here’s where things stand, John:
The GOP has already launched its first attack against Chris by investing in a five figure ad buy that targets Chris and deceives PA-17 voters.
Chris already has his first Republican opponent, and with top election experts predicting our race will be one of the most competitive in the nation, we know this is just the beginning.
We learned last year that the earlier we can respond, the stronger we will be, and with the attacks beginning to ramp up, we have no time to waste.
John, when it comes to combating National Republicans and their deep pocket dark money donors, our best resource is our strong grassroots team. When folks like you chip in to emails like these, we prove that a team of working folks in western Pennsylvania can change the world.
