This week, the House Financial Services Committee passed the Increasing Financial Regulatory Accountability and Transparency Act, a bill that will enact meaningful reforms to boost transparency of bank supervisors and ensure they are doing their jobs.

As the only Republican from California on the Financial Services Committee, I will continue to demand answers, follow the facts and fight for American taxpayers.

Inspiring to meet CA-40 Vietnam veterans in my Washington D.C. office.

I am incredibly grateful for your service and will keep working in Congress to ensure our veterans receive the quality care and benefits they have earned.

The Korean War was not the last time Korean soldiers fought alongside American troops. They fought side-by-side in the Vietnam War, sharing the same physical and mental scars from this conflict.

This week, I spoke on the House Floor in support of the Korean American VALOR Act, which will help ensure these veterans can access quality care.

Thank you to San Bernardino County Fire Chief Dan Munsey for updating me on your team’s hard work to protect Chino Hills in CA-40 and the county.

At my House Foreign Affairs Indo-Pacific Subcommittee hearing we heard about the People's Republic of China's economic coercion, deceptive trade practices, and efforts to steal Americans' intellectual property.

I spoke with Fox Business this week about this issue. The U.S. must show we can lead.

The Arms Exports Delivery Solutions Act which became law last year required the Biden administration to create a report on backlogged arms sales to Taiwan and other Indo-Pacific partners.

The report was a month late and incomplete. I will continue to demand accountability.

As Title 42 comes to an end, the Biden administration must take the border crisis seriously and Congress needs to act to secure our border.

That's why I introduced a bipartisan bill to ensure we take action to gain operational control of every mile of the Southern border.

I enjoyed stopping by Costco Pharmacy in Tustin to discuss with their team how to maintain and improve patients’ access to pharmacy services.

I recently cosponsored the Equitable Community Access to Pharmacist Services Act, to provide seniors more options for care.

Great to see CA-40 seniors' stakeholders to hear more about services they provide and barriers to our seniors’ care.

From improving tax incentives for retirement savings to protecting Social Security and Medicare and expanding telehealth, I'm proud to fight for our seniors in Congress.

Productive meeting with health care leaders and stakeholders from local CA-40 hospitals and organizations on how we can improve access to care, expand telehealth care, and address workforce shortages.

Human trafficking is modern-day slavery that is happening right here in our backyard.

I met with my CA-40 Human Trafficking Task Force to hear what law enforcement and organizations are seeing on the ground and how we can work on solutions.

As we mark 50 years since the release of American Prisoners of War in Vietnam, the Nixon Library welcomed nearly 170 POWs for a homecoming ceremony. Earlier this month, I helped introduce a bipartisan, bicameral resolution to support this ceremony and our POWs.

The 19th Annual Villa Park High School Car and Bike Show supporting Villa Park High School Marching Band was a wild ride!

Team Young joined the Yorba Linda Women’s Club to honor Yorba Linda students for outstanding academic achievements and art submissions.

On Monday, we celebrate Memorial Day to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to defend our freedoms and protect our values we hold dear.

We rally with our gold star families and remember that we are the land of the free because of the brave. We are grateful always.
