We haven’t met yet but my name is Tamie Wilson and I am the Democratic Candidate who is going to unseat right-wing extremist Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) this 2024.

In case you are blissfully unaware of who Jim Jordan is, here are just a few of his ‘lowlights’:

In early 2023, Jim Jordan was nominated for Speaker of the House by far-right Republicans including Matt Gaetz, Lauren Boebert, and Marjorie Taylor Greene, in an attempt to hold up the nomination for Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy who they believed was not extreme enough.
As an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State University, Jordan ignored his athletes being sexually abused by a team physician and oversaw a massive coverup to intimidate and discredit the survivors.
Is a founding member and deputy chair of the House Freedom Caucus (Tea Party) where he spent the mid 2010s trying to get rid of Obama-care and worked to strip health insurance away from more than 20 million Americans. Now he wants to cut social security.
Is a key spreader of Trump’s lies about the election and continues to delegitimize President Biden’s 2020 Election Victory even now in 2023.

Turning a blind eye to sexual abuse is wrong. Using your power as a congressman to bully victims, delegitimize elections, and cut programs for your most vulnerable constituents is wrong. But abuses of power come second nature to people like Jim Jordan and Donald Trump.

I was born and raised here in Ohio and I know Jim Jordan’s values do not line up with what we as buckeyes stand for. Coming from humble beginnings to owning a small business I know the problems facing everyday Ohioans because I have lived them.

So while Jim Jordan sells out the American people year after year to ram through his far-right agenda, I’m running to deliver real results for working Ohioans.

Unlike my opponent who holds massive fundraisers at Mar-a-Lago and gets checks from massive right-wing PACs and big pharma, I am running a people powered campaign that relies on grassroots support from folks like you to fund this race.
