For as long as I’ve been in the Senate, I’ve made it my mission to take on the big corporate interests and return power to the people -- and we’ve made meaningful progress.

Together, we’ve built a movement that took on the gun lobby and beat it. Today, the NRA is a shell of what it once was. Last year, we took on the big drug companies and fossil fuel companies and we finally lowered prescription drug prices and passed historic climate legislation.

I’m proud of all we’ve done in the Senate, but I also know that if given the opportunity, extreme Republicans in Congress would roll it all back. They would rather give tax breaks to billionaires than help working families. They will work to repeal the gains we’ve made on gun safety, health care, and the environment if they get back in control of Congress.

That’s why it’s so important we get to work now to defend Senate control and elect Democrats up and down the ballot, all over the country.
