Monday, freshman Rep. Monica De La Cruz (TX-15) had her first bill pass the
House! The legislation will investigate how cartels finance their operations,
including the financing of "illegal synthetic drugs" like fentanyl.

Tuesday, Rep. Young Kim (CA-40) met with the students she nominated to join
U.S. service academies in the fall.

Wednesday, the biparstian Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) released two reports. One is on the CCP's horrific human rights abuses
against the Uyghur population and a second is on its increased aggression
towards Taiwan. Rep. Michelle Steel (CA-45), a member of the committee, talked

Thursday, several of our women, including Reps. Jen Kiggans (VA-02) and Nancy
Mace (SC-01), joined their colleagues in cleaning the Vietnam Memorial ahead of
Memorial Day.

spread of this deadly drug in the United States.
