My daughter Alex always tells me, “Mom, you use WAY too many emojis!”

I can admit that I’m generous with my emojis, but they help me get my point across! There’s nothing wrong with being a little “extra,” whether it’s with emojis or with big ideas that seem a little out of left field at first.

But my attitude is always to aim high and work out the kinks along the way. Small steps are important, but sometimes it takes a leap of faith to get where you want to go.

That’s how we increased access to healthcare , made historic investments in education , and navigated a major public health crisis in just ten years.

I’m so proud of all we’ve achieved, and I can’t wait to bring that positive energy to the U.S. Senate on behalf of Marylanders. But I’ll need your help to get there. Can I ask you to give a little extra and chip in $15 to get our campaign off the ground?
