Here’s a quick, recent recap of Judicial Watch’s impact:

• We scored another win for free and fair elections as we just settled our National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) lawsuit against the state of Pennsylvania after the state admitted it had removed 178,258 ineligible voter registrations. This landmark achievement comes on the heels of our NVRA settlement with Colorado in late March! Others talk about stopping voter fraud…Judicial Watch acts!

• We filed a new lawsuit against the Biden Department of Homeland Security for records related to potential Deep State cooperation between its Cybersecurity and Information Security Agency and social media platforms to censor and suppress free speech. Documents already released by Elon Musk confirm Twitter’s cooperation with the FBI, and the unholy conspiracy in the Biden administration to censor conservative Americans in partnership with Big Tech. Judicial Watch is the national leader educating the American people about the frightening expansion of the Biden administration’s “Big Brotherism” against conservative news and opinion!

• We sued the Biden Justice and State Departments for extradition records of illegal alien Saul Chavez, who killed the brother of our client Brian McCann in Chicago in 2011. We are committed to forcing the federal government to come clean about why it took over a decade to extradite Chavez from Mexico. We are also making sure the American people understand that this murderous criminal was released from custody and allowed to flee to Mexico as a result of Chicago’s lawless sanctuary policies. Our fight against illegal city and state sanctuary policies continues!

• And we received blockbuster government documents from the Department of Health and Human Services, in response to one of our lawsuits, that reveal U.S. federal funding for China’s Wuhan Institute’s research helped create Coronavirus “mutants” – meaning it is increasingly likely that U.S. funding in China for mutant virus, gain-of-function research may have been responsible for the emergence of the COVID pandemic in Wuhan. We expect these additional revelations to prompt criminalinvestigations!
