Team – Mitch McConnell just officially threw his support behind Daniel Cameron, the Republican nominee in Kentucky’s race for governor. You’d think the endorsement of America’s LEAST popular Senator would be something to avoid – especially when you’re going up against the country’s MOST popular Democratic governor – but we’re not surprised to see Cameron clamoring for McConnell’s approval.
Daniel Cameron has spent YEARS learning from Mitch McConnell. He’s McConnell’s political protege and HANDPICKED candidate for governor. When you see Cameron’s record, you’ll understand why: he’s a far-right extremist who puts partisanship before doing his job, protecting our communities, or prioritizing our kids’ futures.
Meanwhile, Democratic Governor Andy Beshear puts Kentuckians first. He’s grown the economy, led Kentucky to its lowest-ever unemployment rate, expanded voting rights, and defended the health care access of over 100,000 people.
