Co-sponsored by the People Before Profits Educational Fund, the purpose of the school is to provide a basic introduction to Marxism-Leninism, help rebuild the Communist current in the youth and student movements, and assist in the re-founding a national youth organization.

To defray expenses, a $100 registration is requested. However, this is not an expense to be borne by participants.
