May 25, 2023 - 70266-1-TN-21 (Record No. 15834) This matter is before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon the Application of EarthGrid PBC (EarthGrid or the Company) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to provide competitive local exchange telecommunications service in the state of Wyoming. The Application also includes a Petition for Confidential Treatment (Petition) of financial information filed with its Application. The Commission, having reviewed the Application and Petition, its files regarding EarthGrid, applicable Wyoming and Federal law, and otherwise being fully advised in the premises, FINDS and CONCLUDES:
