Sacrificial City?

Chinese authorities are going door to door, rounding up the infected,
the suspected infected, the potentially exposed, and those with a fever
for MANDATORY quarantine camps.

That's right - even people who have not been confirmed to have
coronavirus are being dragged away to be housed with those who do. Get

All of this makes me wonder - are they sacrificing the city of Wuhan for
