Sheriff Mark Lamb

Patriot,

In December, my wife Janel and I lost our son, our granddaughter, and our soon-to-be daughter-in-law at the hands of a drunk driver. I would have never let their tragic story become a part of my campaign were it not for the insane, woke policies of a select few executives at Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

First, corporate America succumbed to the pressure of the woke left and disavowed conservatives. Now, it seems that nonprofit organizations, like Mothers Against Drunk Driving, are following suit.

Let me read you in on what happened and why I’m reaching out with this story today.

Recently, my wife and I accepted an invitation to be keynote speakers at a Mothers Against Drunk Driving event this July in Phoenix.

We would have been the perfect fit. Not only are we a law enforcement family, but we lost our kids to a drunk driving accident eight days before Christmas 2022.

Both Janel and I were looking forward to sharing our story. In my capacity as Pinal County Sheriff and as a father, the invitation meant so much. So, you can imagine our disappointment and utter shock over the weekend when we got a call uninviting us as the keynote speakers.

The decision to revoke our invitation was purely political.

I need your help to send a message to organizations, like MADD, who are bending to pressure from WOKE, far-left activities and canceling anyone who disagrees with their looney-tune out of left-field rhetoric.

It appears that MADD executives bowed to the pressure of a few far-left activists and decided they would cancel me rather than offend a few of their progressive supporters. Let me be crystal clear: the people who aired their grievances against me with MADD don’t know me or my wife; they succeeded in getting me cancelled by simply saying they were offended by some of the political positions I hold.

This would never happen to a Democrat candidate for the United States Senate.

Please accept my invitation today to sign my petition telling Mothers Against Drunk Driving that politicizing the deaths of drunk driving victims is just plain wrong.

ADD YOUR NAME TODAY

We must send a message that we won’t tolerate this anymore.

Organizations like Mothers Against Drunk Driving shouldn’t be political. Period, end of story. But since they decided to get political, you need people like me who are going to set them back on the path of straight and narrow.

Losing a child is one of the hardest things me and my wife have ever experienced. By uninviting us to speak at one of their events, executives at MADD may as well have just poured salt in our wounds.

This cancel culture is DISGRACEFUL. If you agree, then I need you to let me know you’re with me by singing my petition right now.

Sincerely,

Sheriff Mark Lamb
