Dear Friends, 

I am still so grateful for your support for my campaign. Through my columns, radio appearances and work on school choice, energy independence and rebuilding our party, I am continuing the work that I’ve always been committed to. Our campaign was focused on our future—not only pointing out that things are turning upside-down; but, offering a path forward. Our nation needs to return to kitchen-table priorities, common-sense policies to address our true problems and support that values that have served our nation. 

I’m writing this note while in Miami, having been part of “day one” of Governor Ron DeSantis’ campaign for President.  

After much reflection, I have decided that the best candidate to leads us into the future for the Republican Party—and, more importantly, our nation—is Governor DeSantis. I am volunteering my time and donating to his campaign because he has a proven record of growing his state’s economy; focusing education on reading, writing, arithmetic and science; and, fighting-back against intrusive government mandates. And, having been elected by only  0.6% in 2018; he was re-election in Florida, with almost 60% of the vote—with strong support across the state and among all ethnicities.  

A growing, vibrant Republican Party. A focus on common-sense. And, a proven record of success.

I’m not interested in criticizing any of the Republican candidates for President. Rather, my focus is on our future and my belief that Governor DeSantis is the best candidate to lead us forward. In the end, its my hope that Republicans will be united—and, welcome Independents and Democrats, who want to support a positive, hopeful future for our children and our nation.  A strong nation, with a growing economy, energy independence and not beholden to our enemies.
