The 2023 legislative session marked a critical moment for Indiana's future.


And Governor Holcomb takes great pride in the legislature enacting key parts of his

These are victories not just for the state, but for all Hoosiers that will continue to fuel unprecedented growth as we fly out of turn four. That includes:
✅ Formalizing a deal closing fund totaling $500 million over the biennium and an additional $250 million-per-year tax credit cap.

✅ Establishing an ongoing revolving fund of $150 million for site acquisition efforts

✅ Doubling resources for the Manufacturing Readiness Grant program

✅ Investing in Indiana tourism by increasing the Indiana Destination Development Corporation’s funding

✅ Appropriating dollars to complete capital projects like a new state park inn at Potato Creek State Park

It’s been said that investment is the strongest sign of a promising future.


And with an all-time record of $22.2 billion in capital investment last year and now these new policies and tools, we’re ready for continued growth across the state.
