Friend,

The ATF's jackbooted lawyers are expected to file one of the most disgusting motions we've ever seen today in our pistol brace case?Mock v. Garland.?

As you know, FPC recently secured an injunction pending appeal against the pistol brace ban. But the order was vague, to put it mildly.

And today, the ATF is expected to file a motion asking the Judge to keep the order vague, making it unknown whether you're protected - or a criminal after Tuesday.

FPC, however, is pushing back hard. And we're working 'round the clock to have the scope of the injunction clarified BEFORE the May 31st enforcement date.

That said, and we know we sound like a broken record, it's VITAL that you take action by becoming an FPC member if you haven't already.

Then, if you can, please share these emails with your friends & family, and stay tuned here for more updates as they come in.

We WILL let you know as soon as we hear back from the Judge as to whether FPC members are covered by the injunction.
