Why Submit a Proposal? We value and appreciate your contributions to our Conference programming! Your unique experience and expertise strengthen and deepen the collective work of the affordable housing industry in the Bay Area. What We’re Looking For: All workshops are required to directly and explicitly discuss ways to advance racial equity and housing justice. Please make sure your workshop proposal grounds the discussion around one or both of the following frameworks: - Achieving Impact and Transformative Solutions (Does your workshop offer new and transformative solutions that lead to more equitable, efficient, and impactful outcomes? Does it look at systemic change?)
- Strengthening Sustainability (Does your workshop address timely and current issues impacting affordable housing policy, development, finance, narrative, homelessness, onsite services, etc.? Does it overcome sector challenges?)
