The U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution to nullify President Biden’s executive rule to cancel student loan debt. The Congressional Budget Office has estimated Biden’s rule would cost taxpayers $400 billion:

This resolution of disapproval will now head to the U.S. Senate for a vote. If Senator Schumer had his way, he would prevent this from receiving a vote in the Senate, but he has no choice. Under the Congressional Review Act of 1996, Republican Senators have access to a special parliamentary procedure and can force a vote on the Senate floor.
This is an opportunity to build bipartisan support against the student loan bailout and expose Biden’s far-Left agenda to voters.
