John,

What Biden just did to your kids is infuriating.

He just issued a new Department of Education memo undermining religious liberty in school.

Years of hard-fought ACLJ legal victories at the Supreme Court just went up in smoke. But not really – that's just what Biden wants schools across the nation to think.

Here's what happened. A decades-old Department of Education legal guidance memo, based in part on major ACLJ wins, made clear that schools MUST protect students' religious liberty – from prayer to allowing students to have Bibles and Bible studies.

But now, in a surreptitious move, Biden just cut key aspects of the law right out of the memo – things like "see you at the pole" student prayer meetings are just gone. This muddies the water and allows schools nationwide that already push a woke agenda on our kids – like the case we are fighting where a teen girl was forced to perform a pornographic monologue in class – to further strip away kids' religious liberty.

We just won a matter against a school that banned a little girl from bringing her favorite book to class – the Bible. Our legal letter quickly resolved the case, but Biden is working to make that a LOT harder.

Just YESTERDAY, we filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration over its unconstitutional attack on Christians and churches.

We're your last line of defense in court. We must defeat Biden's relentless attacks on our faith.
