The Shareholder Action team wanted to send around this video from our friends at Fennel, spoofing a major international company's Annual General Meeting last year (we thought it was pretty funny...and a little distressing):

The video draws on real remarks made during the company's AGM (can you guess which one??), with one of the same aims as our shareholder program: driving investors to demand transparency and accountability from the companies they invest in.

*This is not an ad*, but as we are right in the middle of AGM season, I do want say that we're excited about Fennel's launch -- like us, they want to ensure that everyday investors are aware of how companies make decisions behind closed doors, and motivate them to take an active role in shaping those decisions through shareholder voting.
