We all remember when Donald Trump installed three extremist Supreme Court Justices who ultimately cast the deciding votes to overturn Roe v. Wade.

 

So pro-choice Democrats like Elizabeth Warren have a new plan – the Judiciary Act – to expand the Supreme Court and appoint four new liberal Justices to counteract Trump’s majority!

In 2020, we knew that our fundamental rights – including the right to choose – were on the ballot.

But despite our victories, the Supreme Court remained stuck in the past.

 

Nearly one year ago today, Roe v. Wade was overturned by just a handful of ultra-conservative justices, eliciting a tidal wave of abortion bans and restrictions nationwide.
