Hey folks,

Earlier today, one of our team members snapped this photo of what I like to call my "Resting Stress Face."

The backstory here is that there's just one week left in May, and we’re under a lot of pressure to meet our monthly fundraising goal and stay on track for the critical FEC deadline in June.

In truth, we've fallen short of some of our monthly goals this year. And with the infamous Summer Fundraising Slump creeping up on us, we need to make this week count.

The early months of an election cycle are a critical window of opportunity to make investments, nail down a strategy, and lay the groundwork for a strong re-election campaign – ideally, before we have a new GOP opponent to contend with.

I know summer isn’t usually the season of giving, but my team and I could use a helping hand right about now. Please, will you pitch in $25 to get us past this hurdle and over the finish line?

I know I don’t tell you this often enough, but I’m seriously grateful to count you as a member of this team.
