its financial obligations as soon as next week if Congress does not move
to raise the national debt limit.

House Republicans are attempting to take the country hostage to push their

veterans, and disabled children.

McCarthy’s MAGA obstructionism: the discharge petition. The discharge
petition would allow Democrats to bring a clean increase to the House
floor without going through the Speaker — but we need every Democrat plus
5 Republicans to sign on to achieve the votes necessary.
