Folks,

It’s Jason. No matter what I’ve done, I’ve always approached my work with optimism.

As a freshman legislator, I was honored to represent our country as an impeachment manager for Donald Trump’s first impeachment trial.

I won’t lie: it was tough. The days were long. Trial prep was long and tedious. People told me I would lose my reelection. And the death threats piled in.

But you have to be optimistic, especially in difficult situations. One of my favorite songs is Billy Joel’s “Keeping the Faith” — and I played it a lot during the impeachment trial. In it, he sings “Tomorrow ain’t as bad as it seems.”

Billy Joel is right: We have to keep the faith, and tomorrow isn’t as bad as it seems — as long as we continue to put in the work today.

I’m choosing to keep the faith. I’ve always gone where the fight is, and I hope you’ll join me. Will you chip in to help me continue fighting for everyday Coloradans? [[link removed]]

After I first launched my campaign against a longtime Republican incumbent, I had a conversation with a woman while out knocking on doors. After I told her about our campaign, she said “I like what you have to say. You seem like a really nice guy. But I don’t think it’s going to matter. The system’s too broken.”

That conversation stuck with me, and I decided to campaign on defending our democracy — fighting back against the tidal wave of dark money, standing up to voter suppression laws, and defending our constitutional rights.

I believed our country could still be saved. Luckily, a lot of folks agreed — helping us get to where we are today.

The fight isn’t easy. It never is. But it’s worth having, especially when the stakes are this high.

So I’m asking, will you donate any amount to power our campaign? I won’t stop fighting to bring Colorado values to the halls of power. [[link removed]]

Thank you for your support,

Jason

P.S. I might be biased, but I do think 80s rock was the pinnacle of American music. Journey, Foreigner — you name it. If you agree with me, I hope you’ll pitch in a few bucks to show my staffers what they’re missing out on! [[link removed]]

Now more than ever, we need strong leaders like Jason working for us in Congress. Jason is fighting for you, your family, and the American people in Congress — and he's not taking a dime of corporate PAC money. Will you pitch in now to help him continue working for us?
