Recently, my team and I at the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) filed a lawsuit against a Colorado school district for keeping parents out of important decisions for their children  in their school and for grooming impressionable students to undergo sex changes.

In case you missed our official announcement on Fox News’ The Faulkner Focus, let me quickly outline the details of our case:

In May of 2021, two young girls were invited by their art teacher to join and attend meetings of their school-sponsored GSA Art club; later, to find out GSA stood for Gender and Sexuality Alliance art.

Immediately after attending, one of the girls announced to her family that she would be transitioning to become a boy, DESPITE never having expressed any interest in changing her gender.

The other girl experienced severe depression, which culminated in a suicide attempt in December 2021.

This corrupt, activist teacher even tried to convince these girls to cover up and lie to their parents about what was being discussed in these GSA art club meetings.

But that’s not all!

The school even encourages and allows children to adopt different names and pronouns at school and not tell their parents.

Now, John, this case isn’t just about this ONE school district.
