NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Department of Environmental Quality, Water Quality Division, will conduct a public meeting starting at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m. local time on June 9, 2023, at the Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center, 5655 Main Street, Wilson, WY regarding the proposed issuance of a water quality permit for the Basecamp Teton WY SPV LLC, Teton Village Resort small wastewater facility, under application number 2023-025.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide an additional comment opportunity concerning Basecamp Teton WY SPV LLC?s proposal to install a sand mound system with a total mound size of approximately 156? X 16?, fed by two 1500-gallon septic tanks, and two 1000-gallon pumping chambers; HDPE water and sewer lines; and a pump house for the well. The scope of the meeting will be limited to information regarding the Water Quality Division?s proposed issuance of the small wastewater facility permit.
As previously noticed on May 3rd, interested parties may submit written comments prior to June 2, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. (MST), written comments are to be submitted to Keenan Hendon, Water and Wastewater Section Manager, Water Quality Division, Department of Environmental Quality, 200 West 17th Street, 2nd Floor, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, or by fax to (307) 635-1784, or electronically written comments can be submitted through, and accepted by, the WDEQ comment portal provided at http://wq.wyomingdeq.commentinput.com/.
