** This Saturday: Discuss Arbitrary Lines
------------------------------------------------------------
This week, the Charlotte City Council reopened discussion on its landmark Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The UDO corrected the historic mistakes of broad single-family zoning and allows for denser, more affordable development throughout the city. But this progress could be at risk!
Carolinas Freedom Fellowship, a Libertarian-leaning book club, is hosting a discussion of Arbitrary Lines by M. Nolan Gray. We will join them in nearby Rock Hill. Here is the link to RSVP. ([link removed])
Even if you have not read the book (I’m swinging by the library after work), I think this will be a relevant conversation.
When: Saturday, May 27th, 10:00am-12:00pm
Where: Chatty Cathy's Coffeehouse/Cafe ([link removed])
2004 Causeway Lane, Fort Mill, SC 29715
We hope to see you there!
