Fellow Patriot,

I want to draw your attention to the headline below.

America First Legal Sues the Arizona Secretary of State and Department of State for Illegally Concealing Public Records Related to the 2022 Midterm Elections in Maricopa County...

As you know, the 2022 midterm election in Arizona was perhaps the most controversial in the Nation and the most contested in Arizona history. Many consider it a farce and a tragedy.

In Maricopa County, the election process was marred by “failures” and “technical problems” in the words of an Arizona judge. Indeed, there were widespread reports of problems at polling places, and many ballot tabulation machines in Maricopa County mysteriously failed in the early morning hours of Election Day causing widespread confusion and anger among voters.

And in the end, far-left Democrat Katie Hobbs “prevailed” over Republican Kari Lake by an extremely narrow margin of 50.3% to 49.6%.

Ten days after the election, AFL submitted a public records request to the Department of State and to then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs – who refused to step down from this position during her run for governor – to get to the bottom of any irregularities.

Hobbs sat on this request and never responded before she assumed the office of AZ Governor…

And on February 1, 2023, the Department of State DENIED it.

We remain undeterred. Earlier this month, we filed a lawsuit against the Arizona Secretary of State and the Arizona Department of State to force them to release the records we’re seeking from the 2022 election in Maricopa County.

Today, we’re asking for your help to support our fight >>>  [[link removed]]

It is no surprise that polling shows that 55% of Arizona voters “believe it is likely that problems with the 2022 election in Maricopa County affected the outcome.”

We MUST do all we can to get to the truth, hold officeholders accountable, and restore public confidence in Arizona’s election system!
Arizonians, and the American people, are legally entitled to access to these records. The Department of State’s denial of this request – on the grounds that providing the emails of just four public officers and employees over the span of just nine days constitutes “an unreasonable administrative burden” – is absolutely ABSURD.

They should not be blocking access to these records, and we can’t let up in this fight.

We appreciate any donation you can send. Even just $10, $25, or $50 will be a huge help >>> [[link removed]]

Thank you so much for all your support and friendship,

Stephen Miller
