Last week, three federal judges heard the latest arguments in the mifepristone case, the case currently working its way through our judicial system that could potentially cut off access to the most common abortion method for the entire country. 

The hearing could not have gone worse. The three-judge panel spewed anti-abortion propaganda, including the lie that mifepristone makes folks more likely to need emergency care, and that the FDA only approved mifepristone under “expedited review” — neither of which claims are true. 

These three judges are all Republican appointees, and are all known to be hostile to abortion. That’s why we’re preparing for the worst, and then an eventual appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
