President Trump Keeps Winning

After this week, in the face of Nancy Pelosi's attempt to tear apart our country's progress, it's clear that President Doand Trump is winning -- and so is America.

You've seen it play out on the national stage. Last weekend, President Trump took to the airwaves during the Super Bowl to highlight his work reuniting thousands of families through criminal justice reform. He told the story of Alice Marie Johnson, and if you missed it, you should definitely watch it here.

Then, after the Democrats' embarrassing night in Iowa (maybe we'll find out who won their caucus...someday?), President Trump delivered his third State of the Union address, where he talked about America's booming economy, including a record low unemployment rate for women, African Americans and Hispanics. It's a unifying message of the American Comeback, and perhaps his best speech ever. You can watch the full speech here.

And then on Wednesday, Democrats' five-month abuse of power was finally over, as the Senate voted to acquit President Trump of this sham impeachment. They tried to divide us...but thankfully, President Trump will continue to deliver for Americans.

And this week, Indiana also did its part to make sure this progress continues for another four years. In case you missed it, Second Lady Karen Pence was in Indiana to officially file to place President Trump on your ballot. Thanks to your help, we collected more than 10,000 ballot petition signatures for President Trump -- proof that Hoosiers are organized, motivated, and energized to make sure Indiana is once again first on the board for the Trump-Pence ticket on Election Night!

It's been quite a week, and with your continued help, I know we'll keep this momentum rolling!

Governor Holcomb's Week That Was

Bringing the World to Indiana, and Taking Indiana to the World!

Earlier this week, Gov. Holcomb welcomed hundreds of airline decision makers from around the world to Indiana for the Routes Americas 2020 conference! Leaders from roughly 80 airlines and 300 airports were here – giving us an opportunity to showcase our world-class airport and continue to build relationships that will help take Indiana to the world and bring the world to Indiana!

During the conference, Tennessee-based Countour Airlines announced plans to create an aircraft base at Indianapolis International Airport. The airline plans to begin its Indy operations in June with three new routes to Nashville, St. Louis and Pittsburgh – creating up to 55 new jobs by the end of 2023! This is a huge win for Hoosiers that have been demanding non-stop flights to drive-market destinations for business and for leisure. Read more about it here.

Connecting Hoosiers to better opportunities nationally and internationally is another way that Gov. Holcomb is working to continue Putting People First!

Congress of Counties Recap

Congress of Counties 2020 was a success! Last weekend we hosted more than 400 registered attendees from across the state of Indiana. That's 400 Republicans coming together to help win elections and to keep Indiana on the right track. We hosted tons of breakout sessions on several different campaign topics such as social media, fundraising, technology, and more!

Governor Holcomb (and First Dog Henry Holcomb) also joined in! Governor Holcomb attended Friday for the reception and Saturday for lunch to meet fellow Hoosier Republicans and express his gratitude for the hard work Republicans across the state put in.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and made Congress of Counties a success!

Black History Month

Governor Holcomb has officially declared February as Black History Month! Join us in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of African Americans throughout our nation’s history.

Democrat Disaster in Iowa

On Monday, we saw a total breakdown of the Democrat Caucus in Iowa.

Four years in the making, the Democrats—who want to control your healthcare—couldn’t do something as simple as count votes. We still don’t know the official winner.

Compare that to the Republican Caucus where enthusiasm for President Trump broke records. Never in the history of that event have more people turned out to support an incumbent president. Iowa Democrats were forced to choose between competing shades of socialism, and the night ended as a complete failure and debacle for them. It’s a real metaphor for what happens when Democrats are asked to run things.

If they can’t run their own caucus, how can they run our country?
