Join VoteRiders and special guest David Pepper at our next Letter Writing Party! This Tuesday, May 23, at 7pm ET (4pm PT / 6pm CT) we're hosting a virtual event to write letters to voters in Ohio in the wake of their new voter ID law — one of the strictest in the country.

* Ohio’s new voter ID law is one of the strictest in the nation, allowing only very limited types of photo ID to vote at the polls.
* This means that hundreds of thousands of eligible voters (up to 1 million according to some estimates) won’t be able to vote in upcoming elections unless they know about this new law and take steps to secure a new ID.
* In some cases, these are people who have been voting for decades without incident. We need to be sure they’re prepared to vote this fall and in presidential elections next year.
* VoteRiders will always help voters get an ID for free, but the process can sometimes take months and it’s critical we start reaching out to and helping Ohio voters now.

Don’t worry if you’ve never written letters to voters before — the VoteRiders team will give you all the information and training you need to make a difference.
